This 3″x18″ Emergency Location Marker (ELM) sticker has three components which are individual stickers sold as bundle: an arrow, the emergency access section, and a 3″x5″ ELM sticker. All three stickers are made from high quality, High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) grade reflective laminate which can be applied to 3.25″ breakaway style fiberglass posts in either new install or retrofit scenarios. The covering of the adhesive backing comes scored so that it can be peeled off and the sticker easily applied.
HIP laminate provides high performance reflectivity that is well suited for dimly-lit conditions often found on forested off-road trails, paths and parks. Arrow direction is used to show trail access path direction beyond the marker, emergency access sticker signifies the location is the preferred trail entry point which will speed a response to a called in ELM location, and the 3″x5″ ELM is used to validate the location of the access point.
These ELM stickers are durable in all weather conditions, and dependent on manufacturer, come with either a seven (7) or ten (10) year warranty against defects.
Product was developed in response to requests from responders for a way to identify trail entry points which would provide faster and better access than the start or end point of a trail. These stickers can be purchased with, or without posts. Charge for the post is extra.

- If the quote is acceptable, USNG Store will work directly with you to finalize the order using the ELM locations you provide using the ELM production input spreadsheet, and to arrange payment.
