In the event there is a need for an unique series of signs supporting an ELM system install, most distributors can design and arrange for production of a product that will fulfill that need. Example as shown is for Cobb County Georgia where there was the need to retrofit a series of call boxes on a major trail that was converted from an old localized emergency system to one which incorporated ELMs. In that case, 6″x9″ instructional signage as shown was made for the call boxes. Construction was from high quality, industry standard, .063″ thick aluminum, which was then covered with High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) grade reflective laminate, protected with an anti-graffiti coating.
Just like the ELM, this type of signage is durable in all weather conditions, and dependent on manufacturer, comes with either a seven (7) or ten (10) year warranty against defects or delamination. It is installation-ready for standard galvanized posts with 1-inch hole spacing, using ⅜” diameter bolts (not included). Similarly, it can be easily installed on wooden posts using ⅜” diameter lag bolts.
In addition to size 6″x9″, the price range as shown should also be workable for custom sizes up to 12″x12″.
